Networking for job seekers Sept 15

Finding a job can be tough, but the surest way to find opportunities is through networking. Job Smart U at the Fond du Lac Public Library is offering “Networking for Job Seekers” at 6 p.m. Thursday, September 15.

A job seeker’s most-powerful resource is their network of friends, family members, colleagues and acquaintances. But, to many, networking seems intimidating. It doesn’t have to be. Presenter Don Herrmann will focus on how to develop and maintain a job-seeking network.

Herrmann, president of Herrmann Advantage Consulting, LLC, has more than 30 years of executive-level human resources and business management experience in private Fortune 1000 and public companies. His industry experience includes distribution, logistics, financial services, technology, health care, light manufacturing, aerospace and defense, with an emphasis on recruiting and recruiting processes. Herrmann’s expertise includes resume and cover letter writing, interview training, networking training and job search techniques.

Registration is encouraged; please call (920) 929-7080, ext. 156.

Networking for job seekers Sept 15

I just saw this posting. This sounds like such a great presentation and I am sad that I missed out on it. I have a friend that would benefit from this greatly. If you have this presentation again, I would be interested.

Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback
