Prepare mind & spirit for the holidays

House to clean. Presents to buy. Packages to mail. Cookies to bake. Finances to juggle. The stress-o-meter flies into the red zone during the holiday mad dash. Sandra Peterson thinks there’s a better way.

At 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 6, Peterson will present Holiday Prep: Organizing the Mind and Spirit at the Fond du Lac Public Library. The presentation is free and open to the public. No registration required.

Peterson is a professional organizer from Sherwood, Wis. She’ll offer tips and solutions on holiday planning, tips for getting organized, simplifying holidays, avoiding holiday stress, storage tips and New Year's resolutions.

Peterson writes a monthly column on organizing and de-cluttering for Women Magazine. She frequently offers classes and seminars throughout the region for a variety of organizations and health care companies.

The presentation is free and open to the public. Registration not required.
