Movie series starts June 18 with 'Matilda'

The Solutions Center and the Fond du Lac Public Library are collaborating to hold free movie nights at 6 p.m. every third Tuesday of the month starting June 18.

Matilda will be shown in the library’s McLane Meeting Room. All ages are invited to view the film adaptation (rated PG) of the beloved Roald Dahl story about Matilda Wormwood, an extraordinary child with unpleasant parents. It stars Danny DeVito, Rhea Perlman and Mara Wilson and mixes humor with a magical message of love.

The Solutions Center’s movie series will feature entertaining films that raise awareness on such topics as empowerment, survival, self-respect and healthy relationships.

The movie nights are free and open to the public. No registration required.
