Summer Reading? Done. Now for some fall fun.

Hi everyone!

Boy, you really dug into reading this summer. This has been one of the busiest summers ever at the Fond du Lac Public Library. With magicians, wild animals and tons of reading – more than 2 million minutes were logged by kids, teens and adults - we hope you had as much fun as we did.

As summer winds down and school gets started, we’re heading into a great fall season.

Storytimes will start up the first week of September. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, catch Toddler Storytime at 10 a.m. and Preschool Storytime at 10:30 a.m. Or stop in at 6 p.m. Wednesdays for a Rockin’ Good Time.

Here’s a hint at what else is in store for fall:

• September 26: Perk Up Your Back to School Blues

• October 26: Monster March for all ages

• November 1: Diary of a Wimpy Kid Party, celebrating the release of Book 8

• December 14: Holiday Gingerbread Decorating Party

Join us – FDLPL Kids – on Facebook to get news and updates, and don’t forget: the full list of library events and programs always is available on our online Calendar. If you have questions, call us on the Children’s Desk at (920) 322-3940 during library hours.

Thanks to you all. We had a blast this summer and can’t wait to see you this fall.
