Money Smart WI is April 5-12, 2014

MADISON – A proclamation by Governor Walker announcing that Money Smart Week Wisconsin will be held April 5-12, 2014, was presented at the Money Smart Week 2013 wrap-up meeting in Madison on November 20. Presenting the proclamation was Peter Bildsten, Secretary of the Dept. of Financial Institutions.

Money Smart Week Wisconsin is an initiative of the Governor’s Council on Financial Literacy, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The one-week campaign promotes the importance of financial literacy and provides hundreds of financial education events and courses.
