Roar like a lion BookCellar's March sales

Two great sales are on tap in March at the Fond du Lac Public Library BookCellar, the city’s only used book store.

Saturday, March 15: Pot o’ Gold Sale, kids’ books are buy one, get one free (some restrictions).

Saturday, March 29, and Monday, March 31: Spring in Your Step Sale, all health and wellness books are half price.

The BookCellar is open Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Mondays from noon to 7 p.m. The shop, in the lower level of the Main Library downtown, is run primarily by volunteers. It sells used books, movies, magazines and music for all ages at deep discounts. A selection of rare and collectors’ items are available as well. Proceeds benefit library programming.

The shop accepts donations of used materials in good condition. Donations should be labeled as such and can be dropped off at the library’s Main Desk or in the drive-through book return bin.

The Fond du Lac Public supports a high quality of life in Fond du Lac through reading, lifelong learning and community involvement. There are three locations: Main Library, 32 Sheboygan St.; FDLPL Express, near Festival Foods; and Journeys at St. Agnes, inside the hospital. For more information, visit www.fdlpl.org.
