Opportunity Center hours change Oct 1

The Fond du Lac Public Library’s Opportunity Center is a free computer lab resource where under- and unemployed people can get help looking for work, writing resumes and researching employers. The center is staffed by local volunteers who work one-on-one with users, many of whom lack computer skills.

Operating hours are changing. As of October 1, the center will be open Monday through Thursday, 4-7 p.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m. to noon.

Persons interested in helping at the Opportunity Center should fill out the volunteer application found here; copies also are available at library service desks. For more information, contact Annette Clark at [email protected] or (920) 322-3930.
