Scrub away the long, dry winter with a day at the spa. Teens in grades six to 12 are invited to pamper themselves at Ahh Spa on Sunday, April 26, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Fond du Lac Public Library.
Take a couple of hours this spring to make a fun centerpiece for your summer picnic table. The Fond du Lac Public Library’s Crafternoon program 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 18, will do just that; crafters will make a Hippie Macramé Bottle candleholder or vase with an upcycled wine or liquor bottle, some twine and carefully placed knots.
Agnesian HealthCare’s monthly domestic violence awareness program, Shine On Sessions, takes on the topic of Children and Domestic Violence at 6 p.m. Monday, April 20, at Fond du Lac Public Library. The program is free; no registration required.
The session, facilitated by Amy Rodriguez, will discuss the dynamics of a violent relationship and how children living in homes are affected.
