You can call the Help Desk - 920 929 7080 x 131 - during library hours, or you can
Click MY ACCOUNT on top bar of this website. Enter your account number (on the back of your card) and your PIN (usually the last four digits of your home phone). Your account information will pop up.
From there you can do a number of things:
- Renew items
- Cancel holds
- Put 'vacation delays' on holds
- Pay extended use fees
- Change your email address
