Now that the holidays are over we can all take a deep breath and think about how to implement those resolutions we dutifully made for the new year. One goal I'm working on this year is to make a few new good habits. We all know that it takes repetition to make something a habit, but did you know that research has shown that more than 40 % of our daily behavior may be made up of habits? If they were all good habits, that would be really helpful, unfortunately bad habits are just as strong and hard to break. Hopefully we can all get some inspiration from some of these books and audiobooks!
